Kristine Mbadugha is a trademark paralegal at Kim Winston LLP. Kristine joins Kim Winston LLP after completing a Trademark Fellowship at General Electric Company (GE) where she assisted on all aspects of U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement for multiple GE business divisions.
Kristine received her Bachelor of Art degree in English from Xavier University and her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as Historian for the National Black Law Students Association Mid-Atlantic Region, and Staffer for the WCL Intellectual Property Brief.
Aside from her budding career in trademark prosecution and copyright, Kristine enjoys music festivals, art shows and learning French.
